What should I send to request a quote?
Send the plan set (PDF preferred), any available CAD surfaces, bid date, and a short note on scope (site limits, stripping, rock, utilities, ponds/ditches, etc.).
What is your typical turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on project size and complexity. After reviewing your plans, you will receive a quote with a clear delivery date.
Do you work nationwide?
Yes. Dirtwork Calcs supports contractors nationwide across the United States.
Can you update quantities for addenda or plan revisions?
Yes. Addenda and revisions are supported—updated quantities and notes can be issued quickly when plans change.
How will the deliverables be provided?
Deliverables are provided electronically with contractor-ready summaries, assumptions, and clear reporting.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Central). For urgent bid support, email is the fastest way to reach us.
